Naveen Jain, Chief Executive Officer
Naveen has 15+ years of diverse experience across functions including marketing analytics, business & product development, consulting, operations, finance and investment banking. In his most recent role as Vice President with American Express, Naveen was leading a marketing analytics team.

He started his career in the dynamic Financial Services sector and actively sought opportunities to move across functions to gain an understanding of running businesses and building high performing organizations. He has worked at senior level positions and has led cross-functional teams in global and multicultural environments. Naveen is working with corporate clients to build awareness about analytics and how it can be used to out-perform competition and drive profitable growth.

Naveen is an engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Dhiraj Sharma, Vice President – Analytics Technologies
Dhiraj has 20+ years of experience in large databases, analytics across industry verticals, user interface design, and consulting in direct marketing. A successful analytics entrepreneur, he built QueraBase, a database engine for high-speed, flexible, and cost-effective analysis of large amounts of data.

He has used QueraBase to build analytics data-marts in retail, financial services, insurance, book and music clubs, loyalty management, and logistics management. He is sensitive to the analytical needs of business users, management, and analysts and has designed user-interfaces for all of them. Dhiraj’s initial background consists of several years of leading computer science research at Bell Labs.

Dhiraj is M.S. and PhD from Caltech, and B.Tech from IIT - Kanpur (PGM).

Avni Sood, Vice President – Client Servicing
Avni has 10+ years of experience across diverse functions including Supply Chain, CRM, Procurement and Analytics. He has developed expertise across various industry verticals including Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and Finance working with premier organizations like Infosys, Symphony Services, Cambridge Technology Partners, Tata Group and American Express.

His areas of expertise include client service, sales, consulting, financial management, valuation, strategic planning and leading and managing large teams.

Avni has a management degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, and Bachelors in Technology from IIT Kharagpur.

Vinay Singhal, Mentor & Advisory Board Member
After graduating in Engineering from BITS Pilani in 1966, Vinay worked with reputed organizations such as DCM, Hindustan Unilever, JK, Indo Rama and Fortis Healthcare. As President/CEO of JK & Indo Rama he introduced innovative initiatives that helped achieve turnaround at these organizations. As CEO of Fortis Healthcare he established a 350 bed modern hospital in record time of 18 months following global standards in collaboration with PHS (Partners Healthcare System), Boston.

In 1995 Vinay attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School. 

In 2005, Vinay joined Clinton Foundation as Country Director, India. He implemented MoU with the Government of India and launched challenging projects, e.g. in the area of paediatrics. Thereafter he resumed work at his Consulting Company - SJV Consultants. Vinay represents PHS & Nanobiosym Inc. in India. In addition he is an Advisor/Director with SRM University and Impact Senior Living Estates.
